SmarteRadio is a Smart TV radio platform built for living-room viewing. It combines live broadcast streams with AI-generated song insights — short, contextual notes about what's playing right now, surfaced as the music changes.
What it does
SmarteRadio listens to live radio stream metadata as songs change, then uses generative AI to write a short, fact-checked note about the artist, song, or moment — broadcast year, genre context, or notable trivia. The note lives next to the now-playing card so it's available the second you wonder "who is this?".
Where it runs
- LG webOS — packaged as a webOS app for LG Smart TVs.
- Samsung Tizen — packaged for Samsung Smart TVs.
- The web — every per-country instance is also a public web app at
smarteradio.com/<country>/. - Android & embedded — wraps cleanly into Android WebView shells for kiosks and set-top boxes.
How it's built
The platform is white-label by design: each country gets its own branded build deployed as a separate service, so a station network or radio aggregator can run their own dialect of SmarteRadio with their own logo and station list.
